Welcome back stylemigrators! This week we are going to talk less about the physical presence and focus on our inner feelings. Recently I experienced anxiety for the first time in my life. And I’m not talking about the one you get before your exam , but a real deep anxiety that prevented me for living a normal life. It really made me rethink my daily routines and implement new habits in my life. I released that I’ve been holding on to stress for too long without doing anything to release it. I tried many things to help me feel better and that's why I decided to share the ones I found the most useful, and also that I can easily integrate in my daily routine.

CBD Oil

CBD oil has been the best purchase I’ve done so far. Beside its recent popularity, the true benefits of using CBD daily are major. I am not going to talk about all of them because the internet is already flooded with information. I am only going to say that it helped with my anxiety. I use it once a day in my tea or juice. It also comes in capsules and gummies but the oil is the most effective form of use as of now.

STRESS RELIEF BALLS

These stress relief balls are great for your work space. Beside the benefit of releasing stress and unwanted tension, it helps with your hand muscle stiffness that’s caused by typing and holding your phone all day.
